Reshipping Fee

The reshipping fee applies when an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, failed delivery attempts, unclaimed parcels, or any other delivery issue not caused by A ROOM LONDON.

Once the reshipping fee has been paid, we will arrange for your parcel to be shipped again to the updated or confirmed address provided.

Please make sure all shipping details are entered correctly before completing your purchase, as we are unable to take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Please note:

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

- Re-shipped orders will follow standard shipping timeframes

- If a parcel is returned to us again due to address or delivery issues not caused by us, a second re-delivery may not be possible depending on the courier’s policy. In such cases, we are unable to offer a refund.
