Orders & Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- All orders take 1-2 business days to process before being shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times & Rates
UK Shipping
- Standard Delivery: £3.99 via Royal Mail (3–5 working days, excludes weekends and public holidays).
- Express Delivery: £5.99 via Royal Mail (1–3 working days, excludes weekends and public holidays).
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £100 (UK standard delivery only).
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries but reserve the right to suspend shipments due to changes in law, shipping difficulties, or other reasons. If shipping is unavailable to a country, it will not appear as an option at checkout.
- Europe: £9.90 via Royal Mail (delivery in 1–3 weeks).
- Rest of the World: £15 via Royal Mail (delivery in 2–4 weeks).
Note: Any period or date for delivery of Goods stated by A ROOM LONDON is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment. A ROOM LONDON will use its best endeavours to meet any estimated delivery dates but will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any other person for failure to meet an estimated delivery date. A ROOM LONDON reserves the right to amend delivery methods without notice.
Delivery Information
- If the customer believes their nominated delivery address will be unattended at the time of delivery, we suggest providing an address where someone will be available during regular business hours.
- If the delivery address is unattended, the courier may:
- Leave the goods in a secure location under their Authority to Leave (ATL). In this case, the delivery will be deemed successful.
- Leave a card with details for collection. At this point, the goods will be considered delivered ("Successful Delivery").
Important:
- A ROOM LONDON will NOT be held responsible for any occurrence that may happen following the Delivery of Goods, including theft or damage if Goods are delivered to an unattended address. All risks in the Goods will remain with the Customer upon Delivery and A ROOM LONDON will NOT offer replacement Goods or refund a Customer for any lost or damaged Goods.
- Once the package has been handed over for shipment, it immediately becomes the property of the Customer. If there are any issues with a package during transportation or customs according to the tracking status, please contact the provided courier to help claim your package or resolve any issues. If this cannot be resolved, please contact us immediately.
- A ROOM LONDON will NOT be responsible for the wrong address if the postcode does not match the address. Please double check the shipping address before placing an order.
Undelivered Items (UK Orders)
If a package is undelivered and returned to us:
- We will notify you via email.
- To resend the package, you must pay the postage fee again.
- The original postage fee is non-refundable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- Customs Clearance Fees: A ROOM LONDON is NOT liable for customs fees or delays caused by customs.
- Import Duties: Charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs office. These are the customer's responsibility.
As our warehouse is located in London, UK:
- Uncollected packages returned to us may incur additional fees or taxes. In some cases, they may be destroyed if fees are not paid.
- Such orders are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange.
We strongly recommend checking your local customs regulations and any applicable duties or taxes before placing your order.
Discount Codes
- Only one discount code may be used per transaction.
- Codes cannot be combined with other offers.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
- All A ROOM LONDON pieces are limited so cannot be cancelled. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund (postage fee excluded)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition with original tags attached, free of any alterations, free from scents including but not limited to perfume, smoke, or food, as well as pet hair or any other stains or marks to qualify for a full refund. Please note that any noticeable scents will be considered signs of wear and will render the item ineligible for a refund or exchange. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted for:
- Accessories, Swimwear, or Lingerie.
- Personalised, Bespoke and Altered items.
- Items purchased as "final sale" (marked-down prices or discounts over 15%).
Process
- Email us at aroomlondondawn@gmail.com with your order number to request a return or exchange.
- Use a tracked shipping service for returns and keep the receipt.
- The return postage will NOT be paid on our behalf. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, and we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
- For exchanges, you can then place a new order for another size. Please note: you cannot exchange an item that has already been exchanged.
Faulty Items
We apologise if you receive a faulty or incorrect item.
- Contact us at aroomlondondawn@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and images of the faulty/incorrect item for assessment. If images are sent at a later date, we may not be able to refund you or replace the item.
- We will send you an email with the return address which you will just have to send via post office.
- Please return the item to us within 7 days of delivery so we can get this sorted for you.
Once returned, the item will be inspected. If the return is a result of our error (you received a faulty or incorrect item), we will fix or exchange it for you and refund the return shipping costs.
Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. Refunds will not be issued if the damage is determined to be due to wear and tear or sizing problems rather than a fault, and items will be sent back to the customer, and the return shipping cost will be charged.
