All orders are shipped the same day if placed before 2pm. Any orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.

With Royal Mail delivery takes up to 3-5 working days (excludes Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays)
UK Express Delivery - £5.99
With Royal Mail delivery takes 1-3 working days (excludes Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays)

International Delivery
Europe - £10
We offer international delivery through Royal Mail (excludes Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays) Deliveries may take up to 1-3 weeks.
Rest of World - £15
We offer international delivery through Royal Mail (excludes Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays) Deliveries may take up to 2-4 weeks.
Undelivered items
If an item is undelivered and is returned back to us, we will email you regarding this. If you wish for us to send the packaging again, the postage fee will have to be paid again.
If an item is undelivered and returned back to us, the postage fee will not be refunded back.

There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
A 'working day' includes Monday to Friday, and does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected by our shipping agents on the next working day; the delivery times shown in the table above will then commence from the day of our shipping agents' collection.
Different countries have different customs charges and, depending on the value of your order, there may or may not be custom charges or import duties. Unfortunately, these charges are out of He Official hands, and are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel. If in doubt, please get in touch with your local customs office before placing your order.
We will not be responsible for wrong address - e.g. if the post code doest not match the address.
Please double check the shipping address before placing an order.
Please note that if your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs. If you no longer wish to have the order reshipped, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges.
Returns Policy

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, new and with the original tags still on the items to qualify for a full refund.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund ( postage fee excluded)
- The return postage will not be paid on our behalf if it is not a UK order- The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping. Please make sure to use a tracked service and keep a hold of your receipt, just incase there are any problems along the way.
- However, We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We will send you an email with the return address which you will just have to send via post office. Additionally, we do not accept any refunds for accessories.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Faulty Items
We’re so sorry to hear if you’ve received a faulty item from us. We recommend contacting us at the latest within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you.
Once received, all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded in full.
Discount Codes
Discount codes will not work in conjunction with any other codes - only one code will work at a single transaction.
